Shape Fancy Yeast Bread dough into oblong sheet one-half inch in thickness. Spread with melted shortening. Sprinkle with raisins and a mixture of one-half cup sugar and one teaspoon cinnamon. Roll like a jelly roll. Seal edges by pressing together with fingers. Cut into slices one inch thick. Into the bottom of each greased muffin pan put one tablespoonful melted butter, medium brown sugar to one-fourth inch thickness and four to six nut meats. Into each muffin pan put one of the slices, cut sides up and down. Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk. Bake in moderately hot oven. Invert muffin pan on cooling rack. Let hang a few seconds before removing. Serve hot or cold. Time in baking, 20 minutes. Temperature. 400°. 2 dozen buns.
