Select small beets, fresh or canned.

Cooking Instructions

Heat to boiling point. Drain, place in a hot dish and pour over them a sauce made of:
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
This sauce is sufficient for 6 servings.
