2 pounds Hamburg steak
2 teaspoons minced onion
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Speck of nutmeg
1 egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

Mix ingredients and shape into patties. Pan broil. Serve surrounded with Tomato Sauce (see recipe) and covered with French fried onion. Servings, 8
