1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2-1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream the peanut butter and add the sugar. Add the egg well beaten and the milk alternately with the flour which has been mixed and sifted with the baking powder and salt. Beat the batter thoroughly and turn into a greased pan. Bake in a moderate oven.
Time in baking, 50 minutes. Temperature, 325°. 1 loaf.
