1 minced green pepper
1-1/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 pint cooked shredded cabbage
Salt, pepper
Sauté onion and green pepper in butter. Add two tablespoons flour and one cup milk, and cook five minutes. Add cabbage and seasonings, and heat in double boiler fifteen minutes. Servings, 6
