Cheese Fondue: Date Added: 12 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1-1/3 cups soft stale bread crumbs
1-1/3 cups hot milk
1-1/3 cups grated cheese or
1 cup cheese cut in small pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs

Cooking Instructions

Mix bread crumbs, milk, cheese, salt, and butter. Add egg yolks thoroughly beaten. Fold in whites of eggs beaten until stiff. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until firm. Time in oven, 45 minutes. Temperature, 325°. Servings, 4
