1/2 pound cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper
6 slices toast
6 slices bacon

Cooking Instructions

Put cheese through food chopper, add egg, milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread thick slices of toast with cheese mixture and lay a piece of bacon on each. Toast under broiler, turning bacon once. Serve very hot. Servings, 6
