2 cups milk
1/3 cup corn meal
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated cheese
Salt
Pepper
2 eggs
Scald milk, stir in corn meal gradually, and cook twenty minutes in a double boiler. Add butter, grated cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Separate eggs, beat yolks until light and whites until stiff. Add yolks to first mixture and blend thoroughly. Fold in whites. Bake in greased baking dish in a moderate oven. Time in oven, 45 minutes. Temperature, 325°. Servings, 6
