Cracked Cocoa: Date Added: 8 Jun 2009

1/3 cup cracked cocoa
3 cups cold water
1 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

To cocoa add water and boil one hour. Strain and add the milk. Serve with cream and sugar.
If cracked cocoa is pounded in a mortar, the cooking time may be shortened. Servings, 4
