Ingredients

1-1/2 cups finely ground coffee
6 cups water
1 egg or crushed shell

Cooking Instructions

Make coffee as usual in the percolator or drip coffee pot. Strain through cheese cloth, chill, and serve with sweetened whipped cream. Servings, 8
