2 dozen dates
Preserved ginger
Dipping chocolate

Cooking Instructions

Stuff dates with pieces of preserved ginger, dip into melted chocolate, drain on waxed paper and let dry until firm. Tem¬perature of chocolate for dipping should not be over 80 degrees F.
