2 egg whites
2-1/2 cups cocoanut
2/3 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold into them the cocoanut, milk, and vanilla, which have been stirred together. Drop by spoonfuls on to greased pans and bake in moderately hot oven. Time in baking, 15 minutes. Temperature, 375°. 4 dozen macaroons.
