Corn Pudding Baked in Ramekins: Date Added: 14 Jun 2009

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/3 cup rich milk or cream
1 cup corn (canned or fresh)
1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter, add flour, blend, and add milk. Cook three minutes. Add corn, mix, and put in ramekins. Sprinkle tops with buttered bread crumbs and brown in a hot oven. Time in oven, 10 minutes. Temperature, 400°. Servings, 4
