Butterscotch Sauce No. 2: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1 pound brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup (white or maple flavor)
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients, put over the fire and stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil until a little of the syrup dropped in cold water forms a very soft ball.
