Butterscotch Sauce: Date Added: 6 Aug 2009

1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup medium cream
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter and boil until a little tried in cold water forms a very soft ball (236°). Add cream, cool and add vanilla.
