Foamy Egg Sauce: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup whipped cream or
1-1/2 tablespoons milk

Cooking Instructions

Beat egg white until stiff. Beat in gradually the powdered sugar and when smooth and light add vanilla and well beaten yolk. Then stir in cream or milk. Serve at once.
