Hard Sauce: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring

Cooking Instructions

Cream the butter until it is very soft, then add the sugar gradually and beat until light and fluffy. Add flavoring. Chill before serving.
