Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
16 marshmallows
2 egg whites
2 drops oil of peppermint

Cooking Instructions

Boil the sugar and water five minutes. Add the marshmallows cut in pieces, and pour slowly on to egg whites beaten stiff.
Flavor with the oil of peppermint.
