Orange Sauce: Date Added: 6 Aug 2009

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup orange pulp and juice

Cooking Instructions

Beat the egg whites until very light, add the salt and sugar and beat again. Fold in the fruit juice and pulp. The sauce must be served as soon as made.
