Cocoa Ice Cream
1 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 drops oil of peppermint
Green coloring
Marshmallow Mint Sauce
Chocolate shot
Line baking-powder boxes with Cocoa Ice Cream. Fill the centres with the whipped cream, sweetened with the sugar, flavored with the oil of peppermint, and colored a delicate green if desired. Cover with greased paper and with tin covers. Pack with equal parts of ice and salt and leave three hours. Remove from molds, cut in slices, serve with Marshmallow Mint Sauce, and sprinkle with chocolate shot.
