1/2 tablespoon gelatine
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Lady fingers or sponge cake
Soften gelatine in cold water and dissolve over steam. Whip cream until stiff, add sugar, vanilla and softened gelatine. Line individual molds with lady fingers or Strips of sponge cake and fill with the cream mixture. Chill until stiffened. Serves 6.
