Chocolate Gelatine Pudding: Date Added: 15 Aug 2009

Ingredients

2 tablespoons gelatine
1 quart milk
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Mix gelatine with one-half cup cold milk and let stand for five minutes. Mix sugar, cocoa and water and cook three minutes. Bring milk almost to boiling point and add to cocoa mixture. Stir in gelatine and add salt. When cool add vanilla. Mold in small molds or large pudding dish. When set serve, with milk or cream, but no sugar. Serves 8.
