Beat eggs very light, continue beating while adding the sugar. Mix and sift two cups of the flour with the other dry ingredients. Add milk alternately with the sifted flour. Add the flavoring, melted butter, and beat hard. Add more flour to make a dough as soft as can be handled. Roll, cut out and fry in deep fat. Time in cooking, 3 minutes each. Temperature of fat, 380°
