1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup canned pineapple, cut in small pieces
2-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cocoanut
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Speck cinnamon
Bring water and pineapple juice to boiling point. Add pineapple, cornstarch mixed with sugar and salt, and cook twenty minutes. When cool, add cocoanut, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
