1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup water
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Cooking Instructions

Cook sugar, cream of tartar, and water together until it will spin a thread. Pour gradually, beating constantly, over stiffly beaten white of egg. Add almond extract and beat until thick.
