Mocha Cream Filling: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

1 cup milk
2 tablespoons ground coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 egg yolks beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Cook milk and coffee five minutes. Strain, pour over sugar and flour mixed together, and cook in double boiler fifteen minutes. Add beaten egg yolks and cook until thick. Cool, and add vanilla.
