Mocha Filling and Icing: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons coffee infusion
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Cream sugar and butter. Boil cocoa and coffee for three minutes, cool, and add to first mixture. Add vanilla.
