2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup orange juice
1 egg

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter, add sugar mixed with flour. Add orange juice and beaten egg, and cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until thickened. Enough for 1 cake.
