Ingredients

1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Mix cornstarch and sugar, add pineapple and lemon juice. Bring to boiling point and boil gently until of the consistency of jam, stirring frequently to prevent burning. Cool before using.
