Strawberry Filling: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed strained strawberries

Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. When light stir in strawberries, mashed and passed through coarse sieve. Whip well and stand on ice half an hour. Use filling generously and serve at once.
