Baked Rock Cod, Stuffed: Date Added: 13 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1 tablespoon onion
1/4 cup celery Pepper
2 tablespoons green pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 pound can crabmeat
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 pounds cod or haddock

Cooking Instructions

Chop first five ingredients together for stuffing, and add salt, pepper, and the egg. Stuff fish, lay on well-greased pan and bake in moderate oven. Serve with Brown Butter Sauce (see recipe). Time in oven, 1 hour. Temperature, 350°, Servings, 6
