2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cooked halibut
Onion slices
Mashed potato
Make a white sauce of the butter, flour and milk. Season to taste and add halibut flaked. Put a slice of onion in each scallop shell and cover with halibut mixture. Decorate with potato put through pastry tube, and heat thoroughly. Servings, 6
