2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flaked salmon
1/2 cup boiled onions
1 quart mashed potato
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1-1/4 teaspoon salt
Pepper
Make paste of flour and butter, add milk and cook until thick. Then add salmon and onion. Line a baking dish with mashed potato, fill with creamed salmon. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper, and pour over potato and salmon. Bake in a moderately hot oven.
Time in oven, 20 minutes. Temperature, 375°. Servings, 6
