1 can salmon (large)
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup fine bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 teaspoon mustard (prepared)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 cup boiled vermicelli
Chop salmon, add butter, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings. Mix, pour into greased mold and steam one hour. Turn out on platter, garnish with vermicelli and serve with White Sauce (see recipe). Servings, 6
