Peel bananas, which should be very ripe, and press through a sieve. Make a batter of egg, flour, sugar and cinnamon, add banana, beat well. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat. Pry on both sides until brown. Eat hot with fine sugar. Time in cooking, 3 minutes each.
