Caramel Frosting No. 2: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons marshmallow whip

Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar and flour, add milk and butter, and cook until it forms a firm ball in cold water. Beat until thick, add flavoring and marshmallow. Beat until smooth. Marshmallow may be omitted.
