1/2 pound confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla Coffee
1 square of chocolate
To the confectioners' sugar add the soft butter, vanilla, and enough coffee to make the consistency of frosting. Add one square or more of chocolate, melted. This will stiffen the mixture. Add enough more coffee to make the right consistency. Beat well and spread thickly on the cake. Groove lightly with the tip of a knife in close rows over entire surface, indenting the tip slightly every half inch. Milk may be substituted for the coffee.
