Emergency Chocolate Icing: Date Added: 10 Aug 2009

Ingredients

4 squares chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup hot milk
2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add butter and hot milk. Mix thoroughly and stir in the confectioners' sugar and Vanilla. This frosting will keep for some time and will spread easily if it is re-heated in a double boiler. Enough for 2 cakes.
