Peanut Mocha Icing: Date Added: 10 Aug 2009

3 tablespoons hot, strong coffee
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups confectioners' sugar

Cooking Instructions

Pour coffee over peanut butter. Add vanilla and sugar and beat until creamy. Enough for 1 cake.
