Pineapple Icing: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

3 tablespoons crushed pineapple
2 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions

Add enough pineapple to confectioners' sugar to make icing of right consistency to spread. Beat in butter which has been softened but not melted. Spread thickly on cake.
