6 teaspoons tea
Several sprigs mint
4 lemons
2 oranges
1 quart boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 quart white grape juice
1 quart cold water
Green coloring
Put the tea, mint, and the grated rind of two lemons and oranges into a pitcher and pour the boiling water over. Let stand until cool, add juice of lemons and oranges, and strain. Add sugar, grape juice and cold water and stir until the sugar is well dissolved. Add enough coloring to make the liquid a delicate green. Serve with ice. Makes 4 quarts.
