2 cups raspberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
Few sprigs mint
2 lemons
2 oranges
Water
Crush berries and heat slowly to extract the juice, adding a little water if necessary. Strain juice through cheesecloth. Add sugar and crushed mint. Cool and add juice of lemons and oranges. Dilute with twice the quantity of cold water and serve with cracked ice with a sprig of mint in each glass. If fresh mint is not available a few drops of spearmint extract may be used. Makes about 2-1/2 quarts.
