2 packages (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mash the cheese and blend it smoothly with the cream which has been whipped until stiff. Add seasonings. Turn into a small cylindrical mold (a baking powder tin makes a good one), pack in equal parts ice and salt and let stand several hours. Unmold, slice, and arrange on lettuce. On each slice of cheese arrange peach slices, having them radiate from the center.
