Caramel Fried Apples: Date Added: 11 Aug 2009

Ingredients

3 cups apples
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

Cooking Instructions

Use any good cooking apples. Pare and cut in good sized pieces. Let butter become hot. Put in apples, sugar, and lastly water. Let cook without stirring until apples are soft, and sugar and butter become a golden brown in the bottom of the pan. Serve with meat.
