Rice Griddle Cakes: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

2 cups boiled rice
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
2 egg whites

Cooking Instructions

Put boiled rice through a sieve. Sift dry ingredients, add rice, beaten egg yolks and milk. Beat well and fold in Iast the stiffly beaten egg whites. Cook on a hot griddle.
