1-1/2 cups spaghetti
1 tablespoon minced onion
4 tablespoons fat
4 tablespoons flour
3 cups tomato
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated cheese Broiled ham
Break spaghetti in inch pieces before measuring. Cook in two quarts boiling water until done. Brown onion slightly in fat, stir in flour, add tomato and cook five minutes. Add seasoning and cheese. Serve with slices of broiled ham. Servings, 4
