1 teaspoon grated onion
1-1/2 pounds ham (a thin slice)
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
Make dressing of crumbs, seasoning, and onion, moistened with hot water. Spread dressing on ham, roll, and tie securely. Pour cream sauce made of butter, flour, and milk, over prepared ham and bake in moderately hot oven until ham is tender. Time in oven, 1 hour. Temperature, 375°. Servings, 6
