Pineapple Marshmallow Ice Cream: Date Added: 14 Aug 2009

3 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 pint cream apple
1 quart milk
1/2 pound marshmallows
1 No. 2-1/2 can crushed pineapple
2-1/2 lemons (juice)

Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs, add sugar, cream, milk, marshmallows cut in dice, pineapple, and juice of lemons. Pack in ice and salt and freeze. Serves 18.
