Strawberry Ice Cream: Date Added: 11 Jun 2009

1 quart strawberries
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 quart cream

Cooking Instructions

Cover berries with sugar, let stand for an hour and strain through a coarse cheese cloth. Mix the pulp with milk and strain again. Add cream and more sugar if desired. Freeze. Servings, 10
