Ginger Pear Jam: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

2-1/2 cups canned pears
1/2 cup crystallized ginger
2 lemons
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup pectin

Cooking Instructions

Chop pears, add finely cut ginger, juice and grated rind of lemons, and sugar. Cook slowly for ten minutes. Add pectin and boil rapidly for five minutes.
